How to make your bones healthy


This new study encourages kids and teens to boost their bone mass from the earliest age. This can be especially important for girls, since many women discover -- often at the time of menopause, around 50 years old -- a bone weakness called osteoporosis, putting them at increased risk of fractures.
Researchers based in Sweden investigated the impact of school-based exercise on bone health over a seven-year period. They studied 261 children aged six to nine years old in four different schools to assess the effect of extra physical education classes on bone health, upping the usual one hour per week to three and a half hours per week. The study focused on the mass, structure and strength of the tibia (shin bone).
The researchers found that girls who followed a moderately intense school-based physical activity program (including activities such as gymnastics, football and basketball) had tibia bones that were stronger (by 6.9%), thicker by 2.5%) and with a better bone mass distribution, independently of their age and weight.
However, these effects were not seen in boys. The scientists suggest that since most boys were already undertaking more frequent and intense physical activity than girls before the study, the extra exercise wasn't enough to bring added bone benefits.
In general, pediatricians recommend one hour of physical activity per day and sufficient intake of vitamin D -- which helps strengthen bones -- especially in winter. Calcium is important too, with three dairy products per day recommended, especially at puberty.
Along with excercises diet is also very important. Teens should eat fruits and veggies and should stick to more natural diet to maximize their bone health. Like dates and bananas can improve bone healthy. Banana can help to absorb vitamin D while. There are alot of foods that helps to increase your bone density and health.

In this blog post I’ll deeply explain “How you can get taller by stretches”. If you are teenager or adult you can still grow taller by applying methods which you’ll read in this article.

Height counts a lot in one’s personality. They says, Height should not matter – but  it does. Tallness, particularly in men, has always been a valuable biological characteristic.

Here I’ll tell you how to grow taller fast by stretches. There are many types of stretches to get taller but I’ll discuss only the effective one. Indeed the one which will help you to grow taller faster.

Note : If you really want to grow taller than before than doing stretches only wont help you. You've to take good diet and have to leave bad habits ( drinking , smoking , masturbation specially males etc )

Why to do stretches to increase height



Stretching helps the muscles of the body to extend and is one of the most famous exercises to increase height. Stretching exerts pressure on the growing points of the body, which allows the body to grow taller. These exercises can be done as frequently as needed, but to have a noticeable height increase, it is recommended that this is done for at least fifteen minutes a day, twice a day, or even oftener.
By doing stretches you can increase your height even after the age of 18.
There are a lot of cases in which people increased their heigh considerably by stretching even after the age of 21 and 25.

Hanging


One of the reasons a person looks shorter than his natural height is because of gravity. You are probably in a vertical position most of the day, making your joints and spine compressed.
This is the simplest exercise and the most common. Hanging from a rod helps extend the spine and causes height gain. This also helps to tone the arm muscles. Hang from the bar with your hands as close together as possible, the palms facing front and the arms, shoulders and hips relaxed. When beginning this stretching exercise, try to do it for 20 seconds. Get off the bar and rest before repeating the exercise. Repeat at least three times on the first try.
I hope you understand how to do this simple exercise. Yup! This is the type of stretching.Most importantly it help you to grow taller.

Leg Kick


This stretching move seems to come from karate. This This is a defensive move but helps to get taller. To do this, stand on the ground with feet slightly placed apart. Then, balling up your energy, kick out without moving your thighs.
Seems stupid but it helps, believe me!

Vertical bend



Many people do this stretching excersice wrong; so here I’m telling you the right way to do this thing
stand on the ground with your legs placed slightly apart. Then try to bend down and touch your toes. While doing this, try not to bend your knees. This asana helps to flex the spine and in turn helps in your height growth.

Super stretches

Super stretch sound difficult but in reality it is not.
One standing up, lying down or even when sitting in front of the TV or computer. Thread your fingers together and with the palms facing up stretch the torso as far as you can go, holding the position for four to seven seconds. Do as many repetitions as possible. This stretching exercise is very easy to do and can relieve fatigue and improve circulation. Use this combination with another super stretch that involves facing a wall and reaching up as far as you can go, raising the body on your tip toes.

Cobra pose


 Cobra pose is the most interesting stretch to increase height( I know its name sounds flimsy). Let check how to do it properly ; The chest and stomach should be on the floor. Stretch out your arms and place them on your side beside your head. Then, try to rise on the hands. Place the pressure evenly on both the hands. Then try to stretch the body as much as you can and hold the pose. This can be repeated at 2 minute intervals.
If you do it properly and regularly it’ll help you a lot in getting taller than before.

Standing vertical stretch



Standing vertical stretch is one of the most common stretch exercise. Even my old Mother use to do it regularly after her 30 min walk.
Its simplicity doesn’t mean that it is not beneficial. In my view it is the pillar exercise one should do if he or she want to increase their height.
To do this workout, remain in your feet with toes positioned aside and raise your body in it. This can help in tightening leg muscles also. yourse stretching workouts for growing height, ifcompleted frequently, may progressively raise your height. Plus a correct diet, and greatnourishment, yourse workouts may also increase your defense and help development of yourbody. .

Inversion Table exercise


To do this exercise, hang upside down from the “inversion table” gym equipment. This strengthens your torso.


Sports

Instead of all stretches explain above you should also continue some activities which helps you to
gain height.
